Aimee Carrero

Aimee Veronica Carrero was born and raised in the Dominican Republic and is an American actor, voice actress. Her best-known role is as Angie Prietto, in the live-action Cartoon Network series Level Up. On the Freeform/ABC Family series Young & Hungry and Young & Foodies from 2014-2018, she appeared as Sofia Rodriguez. She is also voicing Adora/She Ra on the DreamWorks animation series She-Ra & The Princesses of Power, which is on Netflix. In November 2015, Carrero got engaged to actor Tim Rock and the two got married in August of 2016. To Disney the studio, she played the role of Princess Elena in Sofia the First and its spin-off, Elena of Avalor. Also, in Zeke and Luther's "Skater Girl Island" where she portrayed Tasha as well as Mia. Some of her ABC Family roles include Sylvia Torres, in Lincoln Heights, and Sydney, in Baby Daddy.
